given: the CD drive sends an interrupt each 1/75-second. The Sega CD can
transfer 2048 bytes * 75 each second, that´s exactly 150kb/s..

a higher priority than the H-Int/V-Int interrupts of the Genesis. Maybe
the CD interrupt is this mysterious "external level 2 interrupt" which
is mentioned in the Sega Programming FAQ...
