probably stumbled over some ROMs which didn't work on either of the emulators.
That might be because it is really a corrupted file - in that case, no
patch on the world will help. The other possibility is that the game uses
a special Genesis feature which isn't supported by the emulators yet. The
patches which are available on this page will make those games run on the
emulators.
The
patches are in the IPS format. To apply them to your non-working ROM, you
will have to follow these steps:
1)
Convert your non-working ROM to BINARY format using Megatool.
2)
Apply the patch using Segatool.
Or,
if you want to do it the convenient way, simply use the Genesis
Launchtool made by Felipe Schnak.
After
that, you should be able to play the game in your favourite emulator.
