March 2000 saw the release of the first-ever Sega 32X emulators, Vegas
and Ages. There are several other projects under development, but have
not been released yet.
To run the emulators, you will need the 32X
BIOS files available on the development page
and the tool UCON to convert the 32X ROMs to binary format, available on
the Genesis page.
You
can download all the emulators in the Genesis section of Zophar's
Domain

With the new releases, more and more 32X games become "playable". I'm
putting that in quotation marks because you still need a VERY speedy PC to play
32X games. However, the latest release of GensX (formerly known as
"Vegas") shows some significant speed improvements - I even get
15-20fps now on my AMD K6-2 400. :-) WinAGES is better in the 32X emulation part (more
games work), but it is still very slow and provides no sound.
